Accreditation of professors

The team of professors of the Professional Master’s Degree in Technology Teaching (MPET) consists of permanent professors, collaborators and visitors, as established in the Course Regulations (Chapter II, Section I).
Teachers who wish to be accredited in MPET must present the following documents (Chapter II, Section III of the Course Regulations):

  • Letter of intent forwarded to the Coordination of the Course, requesting accreditation;
  • Project compatible with one of the course research lines;
  • Photocopy of the doctoral degree;
  • Photocopy, printed and digitized, of the doctoral thesis;
  • Curriculum Lattes updated, complete model;
  • Work Plan to be developed, according to the line of research to which it intends to link;
  • Confirmation of orientation of at least three (03) scientific initiation and/or final course assignment;
  • Confirmation of publication of at least one periodical article (Qualis B and/or A), chapter book or book.

According to the Course Regulations, the accreditation of faculty members is valid for a period of three (03) years, at the end of which a performance evaluation of the teacher is made.
The accreditation of professors follows the following procedures: referral of the mentioned documentation to the Coordination of the Course; sending, by the Coordinator, to a professor in the line of research requested by the applicant, for analysis and opinion issuance of the application; Presentation, in a Collegiate meeting, of the opinion of the rapporteur of the process; Collegiate vote; If approved the request, request of a registry of accreditation to PPGI (Pro-Rector of Post-Graduation and Innovation).
